Product Characteristics
The non-ionic hydrophilic puffing softener is a silicon-free textile auxiliary suitable for multiple processes in the pre-treatment and post-finishing of cotton fabrics. It enables fabrics to obtain a plump, soft and smooth hand feel, with little impact on the whiteness and color shade of the fabrics. After finishing, the fabrics are soft, smooth, plump and have a certain degree of hydrophilicity. Its excellent stability and silicon-free feature allow it to be applied in different equipment and processes.

- Caustic Soda (NaOH): 5g/l
- Hydrogen Peroxide (H₂O₂): 10g/l
- Scouring Agent: 1g/l

- Liquor Ratio: 1:10
- Temperature: 95~98℃
- Time: 30~40min

The above recommended processes are based on laboratory small-scale tests or existing customers' processes. Due to the limitations of laboratory conditions, we recommend that users conduct small-scale simulation tests of actual production before mass production. This is necessary to determine whether this product is suitable for your production conditions (whether it is compatible with other auxiliaries used, whether it has an adverse impact on the effectiveness of other auxiliaries, and whether it meets the expected quality, etc.).
Precautions
Pay attention to personal protection. Smoking, drinking water and eating are prohibited during use to prevent accidental ingestion.
Store in a dry and ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight, rain, high temperature and other factors that are not conducive to storage.
Use the product as soon as possible after the package is opened. If it is not used up, seal it properly for storage.
Diluted products are not recommended for long-term storage.
